Sometimes we forget that other people aren't as aware of how much information there is as we are. I remember when my son was diagnosed with ADD, something that I had suspected for a long time, my husband assumed we could only get information about it from the doctor. When I showed him just some of the stuff available at the library on on the Internet both he and his father were amazed. (As a sidleight, I think they both saw some of themselves in my son and felt relieved it wasn't just "wrongheadedness" on his part.) Anyway, information for hope IS a good trade any day of the week.
